apparatus.

Injections (IM, IV, SC), Introducing NG tube & FoleysCatheter. IV

Cannulation, Wound Dressing.

Epidural Catheterization, Catheterization (Jugular, Femoral), Central

Line Insertion. Monitoring ECG, Saturation.

• Flexible to work hard in any kind of environment, goodcommunication and personal skills.

• Execute physician’s orders for all assigned patients; safelyand properly administer medications and treatments.

• Collaborate with physician during patient rounds,performing examination, treatment and procedures.

• Independently perform duties and assume responsibility for care of assigned patients

• Document nursing care in all assigned patient records.

• To help the in charge Nurses in the process of medical and non-medical supplies through preparing supplies request.

• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures, and assist others with patient’s activities and care.

• Maintain patient’s privacy and confidentiality of information and records at alltimes.

• To help to maintaining check list for narcotic storage and daily checking and report to the ward in charge.

• Develop, implement and provide the patient as well as the family the necessary education and information as soon as the patient is

admitted.

• Performs calmly competently and appropriately in emergency situation like code blue.
