• Support and assist management in implementing and improving quality, health, safety, and environment systems.
• Support and assist in achieving the objectives and targets set by top management for QHSE.
• Conduct a Safety/Review meeting to assess the effectiveness of QHSE systems and identify required improvements with management and stakeholders.
• Deliver safety training, induction training, and TBT to promote safety awareness on various topics, and also identify training requirements.
• Manage and oversee the maintenance of QHSE documents.
• Responsible for data entry and reporting in SAP GUI 7.70.
• Facilitating HIRA and JSA for non-routine and critical jobs. Assess risk associated with operation, tools and equipment, job site, and work environment.
• Participating in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. (DGMS, OISD, & GPCB)
• Conduct a Root Cause Analysis for all reported incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Facilitate Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different work activities, and ensure compliance with the same.
• Conduct emergency mock drills and exercises.
• Checking of work permit, identifying the hazard, PPE, compliance at the work site, and non-compliance to be informed to the concerned person.
