212 Days, Customer complaint Reduction, QUALITY IMPROVEMENT IN ALL THE COMPONENTS OF TAFE, DIAMETRICALLY ISSUES, DUE TO WHICH NEW BORE AND DIAMETER CHECKING MACHINE WAS DEPLOYED IN FINAL INSPECTION WHICH DETECT THE DIMENSION DIGITALLY. NOW THE REJECTION AND REWORK AS WELL AS CUSTOMER COMPLAINT REDUCED. 1308 Days, DQMS (DIGITAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), PDI RECORDS ALL THE TAFE COMPONENTS WERE CHANGED TO DIGITAL RECORDS, BY APPLYING DQMS AT FINAL INSPECTION AREA, NOW ALL THE COMPONENTS OF TAFE ARE CHECKED THROUGH DQMS ONLINE THROUGH WHICH PDI RECORDS ARE SENT.
