· Ensuring smooth passenger flow at Departures & Arrivals keeping in view the safety and security of Passengers and Staff adhering organization SOPs, policies and procedures.
· Acquiring and developing necessary skills required to perform job functions.
Preparing of Daily/ Periodic flight reports, Managing staff trainings & Regular staff briefings, motivating team members, Assessing individual performance and maintaining staff personal records
· Job involves extensive Liaison & Coordination with Internal & External Agencies like Airport Operator Viz..Terminal operations (TOPS), Meet & Assist (MAAS), Guest Relations, Protocol, Local Police, AAI, AAI & CISF, Govt Agencies.
· Handling of VIP/CIP passengers professionally following all SOPs.
· Implementation of new process and cost cutting to the company.
· Incident reporting and Investigations of passenger related queries at station level like theft and pilferage cases along with Investigation of internal issues.
· Key participation in Airport Mock-Exercises like AHCP, BTCP and AEP.
Assisting in Internal & External Safety, Quality & Security Audits at station level
