· Role- Senior Design Engineer 2015-July 2018.
- Worked on (SRT) and (TC) type turbine. Design check sheets for validating the detail design with calculation proofs in excel sheets.
- Component Master model creation in CREO, 3D Detail design and manufacturing drawing: Multiple plants HIP casing, LP Casing, Pedestal Housing. ( Rotor, Gland ring, Seal Rings and Dummy rings.)
- 3D Design Models (parametric relations) and Manufacturing drawing as per global standards, GD&T by using CREO CAD software2.
Reinforced supporting structure of Boiler -Buckstay & Air and Gas Ducts for Power Plant. (Client- L&T- MHPS)
Role: Design Engineer, Jan 2014 to Sept 2015.
- Preparing 3D parametric Model and Standard Detail Design for Panels, Ducts & Bucstay Assy for shop floor and site.
- Creation of Technical documentation for the BOM for procurement and Creation of shipping list generation as per Dispatch Unit for sites
- Created standard symbols for weld edge preparation and weld profile cuts, hence reduction in timing of detailing upto 20%.
Transportation Tools for Nacelle, Wind turbine (Client- Vestas)
· Role- Design Engineer April-2013 to Dec-2013
- Understood the basic principle of SOM and Weld Design standards Load calculations in excel and 3D modelling of Component.
- Documentation of Technical Drawings with GD&T in CREO Implementing ECO with approvals and Documentation of ECO/ECR in Engineering Change Management System.
- Creation of TSS (Technical Supplier Specification), design data documents/ design catalogues.

- Preparing 3D CAD Models parametrically and 2D detail drawings with GD&T Standards, ASME standards for detailing and Tolerance stack up analysis. of products like pumps, Packaging components and casings.
