Track project expenses and revenue, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards. Prepare financial reports and analysis for management and clients.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Manage a team of 30 members, including designers, animators, post-production artists, and other specialists. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure team delivers high-quality work within specified timelines. Foster collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct regular reviews of project outcomes, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team. Maintain high-quality standards throughout production process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation and Scope Management: Collaborate with clients to negotiate contracts, including pricing, deliverables, and project scope. Ensure that project scope is clearly defined and managed throughout project lifecycle. Track and document any changes or additions to scope, communicating impact on timelines and budgets to all relevant stakeholders.
