Project 2 – Manager (Jaipur): Spearheaded successful onsite transition for OTC & MDM service-line of our client from London Europe to India DC and presently leading them. Kickstarted & paved process standards & compliances like SOP, SOD & SOX.

Project 1 – Assistant Manager (Bangalore): Led online transition of a process from Australia & New Zealand to India DC & led collections, cash applications and credit management. Development, adherence and incorporation of right process and streamlining it as per the requirement of global controls and to enhance stakeholder experience.

• Overall Released 5.87 FTE from project 1 nd 3 FTE from Project 2 by automation.

• Led collections, cash applications, billing and dispute management teams for UK and Ireland geography of a law firm, legal solicitors and DBM service provider.
• Achieved collections efficiency of 76% and 100% cash efficiency.
• Reconciled more than 850 customers in two years.
• Saved £24,650.00 from fee expenses.

• Look after for western US and Canada, deductions management.
• Allocation of daily work and publishing daily report and dashboards.
