· Managing Various lending Operations through the Entire Life Cycle, Including appraising proposals, Conducting Risk analysis & Presenting and taking through the Sanctioning Committees

· Handled Disbursement and Customer Queries as Front line Officer in the Branch.

· Handled Internal as well as External customers for smooth functioning of Retail Business.

· Currently handling the most critical part of the organization i.e. NPA portfolio of the loan Book and Ensure best asset quality so that the company has good Investors relations

· Handling post sanctions follow-up, monitoring, periodical collection, recovery through legal means and Settlements.

·Mapping client’s need, identifying Improvement areas & Implementing measures to maximize Customer satisfaction Levels.

· Ensuring continuous interaction with customers to ascertain the area of concern for improving service levels.

· Responsible for timely processing of bank transactions like fund transfer, Cheques, reconciliation ofoffice accounts, NEFT, RTGS, DD etc.

· Active role in branch operations and customer service

· Vault custodian, locker and pin custodian, Insta-kit allocation

· Responsible for improving the Internal Audit-operational efficiency score of the branch

· Corporate Salary processing

· Forex-TCDC cards and Outward Remittances

· Generate business via direct sales, lead generation and cross sell of financial products

· Retention and Enhancement of value of existing accounts.
