- Checking of Major Die components in house and as well at vendor end, Bought out products, Sheet metal and Fabrication components
- Working as standard room in-charge and responsive for all the mechanical, electrical instruments calibration and service
- Attending outside vendor end calls given by purchase department
- Responsible to Clear all allotted GRN (Goods receiving note) material issued by department head on daily basis within time
- Attending inspection call given by Purchase dept
- & clear the inspection call at outside vendor end
- Attending assembly problem & giving the solution by attending the problem
- Making Inspection report & all related documents in SAP system after every inspection at vendor end
- Giving feedback to design dept
- To update drawing if any non-conformity found in drawing
- Quality audit at vendor end on every three months
- Responsible to clear the shortage of material requirement at Assembly by inspecting the in-house material
- Checking all the major Die components and die parts in house shop and vendor end
