  • Engage in Capacity Planning, Staffing, Scheduling and Forecasting as a Workforce Manager.
  • Directed day-to-day operations by spearheading implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve business plan and profitability goals.
  • Headcounts management: Understand the team's skills, requirement and propose the geographic locations that the skills are available & by helping Cloud team to build the strategic headcount in all the locations

  • Create Job Requisition No’s for NEW, OSW Hiring in SAP SF & Fieldglass once positions are fully approved
  • Engage in SR& ER creation On SAP Ariba Tool & SOW Approval for Contractors hiring and work with the Vendor management team on the Final Sign off
  • Onboarding Process for New Joiners: Manage the end-to-end process of a Full-time employee and Contractors for India, Malaysia, Poland, Singapore & China by closely working with TA’s and vendors for getting updates and in resolving blockers and challenges in the process
  • Exit Process for all the Exit users: End to End
  • Day 2 Operations - Field Glass report: Checking the pending WO status and End dates of the NEWs and OSW and feed for extensions and terminations
  • Validate if the resources are rightly aligned to the cc (Bi-weekly)
  • Validate if the resources are tagged to right LM in WFM, Outlook and FG
  • Manage seating arrangements for Bangalore location & Head the Ground operations
