Handling of Third-party/Contractual Employees

• Working closely and Managing third-party Teams for different process as being part of Control team at Morgan Stanley, working with them closely in resolving of Breaks between Broker/Cpty and Clients.

Dailies, Investigation and Training

• For Equity swap, have worked on All aspects like Corporate Actions, Unwinds, Resets, Rolls. Along with the above was able to understand client concern with minimal details provided
• Matching trade Economics between Client Data and Prime Broker/Counterparty Statements
• Understanding linkage amount OTC and Other verticals like FA/ Operation and Valuation teams. Chasing for Confirmations of trade Economics/Existence of deal
• Interacting with Onshore Colleagues/Counterparts for Break resolution, Interacting with Clients and Counterparties in Relation to Resolution of breaks
• Handling of Pre and Post Settlement process for all the OTC Products, Settling of Cash Payments through SWIFT Transfers, Reconciliation of the cash being settled on COB Basis. Training of Associates/Analyst for the process.
• Worked on very critical client & Sovereign funds, Coordinated with client FO and MS Front office in clearing Discrepancies

• Performing reconciliation of various Hedge fund products such as Equity, Future, Option, and CFD across
  multiple clients.
• Dealing with daily and monthly reconciliation of Open Trade Equity, Cash, Position and Trades between Client,
  Geneva (Accounting System) and PB/Custodian.
• Investigating and raising discrepancies in trade by Matching Trade Economics between Client and Prime Brokers
  /Counterparty.
• Tracking and investigating corporate actions (i.e. rights, bonuses, splits, dividends etc.)
• Coordinate break resolution process with Client, Prime brokers, Counterparty and internal departments.
• Performing daily Trade upload activities ensuring that Client data are uploaded correctly into the system.
• Daily reporting in MIS and keeping a track on unexplained differences throughout the fund.

• Conducting primary research related to listed companies in stock market (US, UK).
• Analyzing financial statements of the company to build financial model for the clients.
• Building financial models from scratch. Responsible for financial research which includes analysis of Income
  statement (Gaap/Non Gaap), Balance sheet, Cash flow and Quarter updates.
• Extracting and delivering of accurate and relevant results from multiple databases to provide wide variety of
  qualitative and quantitative information to the clients.
• Prepare financial content from sell side research using a mix of extraction technologies and modeling expertise.
• Surface & effectively communicate key modeling approaches among sell-side research content.
• Interacting with clients and building model as per their requirement.
