Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) is the process with which an individual or organisation gets

onboarded to the bank after multiple KYC checks. This process automates the onboarding journey of

known and unknown customers to the bank.

Project 1 : Mortgage Pay-Off is the process in bank, where customer can ask to pay his/her mortgage completely,

bank check with 3rd party ECH to confirm the repayment status before giving the sign-off.

Project 2 : TRA is process of adjusting the existing interest rate in the span of mortgage repayment. While taking

mortgage from ING, Customer is provided mortgage with existing mortgage rate. Since the mortgage rates

are changing in the span of mortgage repayment. The Customer request to ING to adjust his interest in the

interim. This will allow the customer to repay the mortgage at lower interest rate.

Project 3 : Divorce Journey is the case type in ING - Mortgages application which helps CLT members to

complete/settle the divorce process for the customer and to release the new mortgage offer for the

customer/intermediary.

Ramos is an application built for the organization to run the essential process of a project smoothly like

onboarding, outsourcing, monitoring and risk analysis.

• Developed application to facilitate project processes, including onboarding, outsourcing, monitoring, and risk analysis.
• Utilized Connect SOAP, Connect REST, and Bix extract for data integration.
• Executed data transformation, activity setup, data pages creation, decision rule configuration, and skin rule adjustments.
• Created automated test cases using Pega test automation kit to enhance testing efficiency.
• Applied agile methodology to streamline project workflows.
• Conducted unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability.

Holding Enquiry is the module in OCBC’s finance and analysis (FNA) project. This module is developed for bank associates. In this module, associates can get existing holdings (insurance policies or other investments) Of a customer with the bank, the development of this module has given associates an overview about investment portfolio of the customer.

Farmer FIRST is a concept (or a product) of Monsanto is developed as farmer in a centric role for research problem
identification, prioritization and conduct of experiments and its management in farmers’ conditions. The focus is on
farmer’s farm, innovations, resources, science and technology. ‘Farmer FIRST’ aims at enhancing farmers-scientists
interface for technology development and application. It will be achieved with focus on innovations, technology,
feedback, multiple stakeholder’s participation, multiple realities, multi method approaches, and vulnerability and
livelihood interventions.
