Project 1 : Mortgage Pay-Off is the process in bank, where customer can ask to pay his/her mortgage completely,

bank check with 3rd party ECH to confirm the repayment status before giving the sign-off.

Project 2 : TRA is process of adjusting the existing interest rate in the span of mortgage repayment. While taking

mortgage from ING, Customer is provided mortgage with existing mortgage rate. Since the mortgage rates

are changing in the span of mortgage repayment. The Customer request to ING to adjust his interest in the

interim. This will allow the customer to repay the mortgage at lower interest rate.

Project 3 : Divorce Journey is the case type in ING - Mortgages application which helps CLT members to

complete/settle the divorce process for the customer and to release the new mortgage offer for the

customer/intermediary.
