  • Ensuring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), Machine Setup Specification (MSS), and other critical process control systems are in place, understood & should be implementing as tools to accomplishing objectives.
  • Resolving quality concerns using various problem-solving tools like brainstorming, cause & effect diagrams, 3M analysis, why-why analysis, etc.
  • Heading a team of 22 diploma holders (OE) and 16 contract people looking after the production procedure & upkeep of the equipment.
