• Responsible for a branch's sales activities, including setting and achieving sales targets, coordinating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They may also be responsible for: Team handling.
• Analyzing sales data: Preparing reports for management and analyzing profit and loss statements.

• OEM Expansion, Architect & Project Specification.
• Meetings with architects, interior designers, project management consultants, turnkey contractors on regular basis in rest of Maharashtra.
• Appointing OEM’S for the Stylam Products in entire Rest of Maharashtra region and Working in coordination with to assist them and to promote the product.
• Meetings with Architects, Project management consultants, Government projects Government contractors on regular basis in Pune, PCMC.
• Developing Clear and effective written proposal/quotation for current and prospective customers.
• Organizing and participation in events such as exhibitions, seminars and Architects, Contractors and dealers meet.
• Ensuring effective internals communication both within the sales and delivery teams and across the organization.
• Scouting & generate the secondary sales.
• Appointing OEM’S for the Rehau products in entire Rest of Maharashtra region and Working in coordination with to assist them and to promote the product.
• Manage performance and responsible for overall development of team.
• Visiting potential customers for new business, making accurate rapid cost calculations and providing customer with quotation. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Access and analyses market trends and dynamics and competitor behaviors to provide feedback about the product demand, market trend, product quality issues to the product management team.
Handle all the Loan process transactions like UNDERWRITING, & UNDER WRITING FORWARD directly to Credit manager, to handle 15 members’ team, to completion of work In TAT & daily reporting to Credit manager to maintain all records regarding daily login to approvals also prepare DAILY MIS REPORTS.
To handled sales transactions with manual accounting transactions and also done invoices, acknowledge, cash memo’s and also done banking transactions.
