Brand CROCODILE (304 Kitchen Sink): Doubling Sales with Targeted Keywords and Utilizing Other Ad Types Strategies:

  • Situation: Brand Crocodile struggled with low visibility and sales despite having a competitive product.
  • Strategy: The brand heavily depended on Auto SP ads for their sales. Extracted targets that were generating sales for them using search term reports and added them into manual campaigns, Also created SB and SD ads using those targets to utilize the potential of other ad types along with Auto SP campaigns.
  • Results: Increased CTR by 50%, reduced ACoS by 20%, and doubled their sales within three months.

Brand Restaurantware: Improved Organic Ranking using Amazon PPC

  • Situation: Despite impressive unit volume and monthly revenue performance, we struggled with low organic ranking despite heavy investment in PPC advertising and SEO optimization.
  • Strategy: By meticulously tracking and analyzing data, we discovered that optimizing PPC campaigns based on Conversion Rate (CVR) and Click-through Rate (CTR) rather than ROAS could transform our organic rankings.
  • Implementation: Filter out non-branded keywords with a CVR exceeding 20% from the search term report.
    Establish a dedicated manual campaign and incorporate the identified keyword as an exact match.
    Include the pertinent ASIN within the campaign.
    Implement aggressive bidding on the keyword to expedite click acquisition.
    Integrate both the keyword and ASIN into the Helium 10 keyword tracker to monitor and assess the progression of organic rankings.
  • Results: Dramatically improved organic rankings, increased visibility, and sustained sales growth. Currently, ranking at the top for major high search volume keywords in their categories despite competitors having a high number of reviews in comparison to us.

Brand Surk Saffron: Scaling Up with Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Situation: As a new entrant, Surkh Saffron had a limited budget and data on what works best.
  • Strategy: Leveraged Amazon’s reporting tools to analyze performance data, identifying high-performing keywords and ad placements. Adjusted bids by placement and budgets accordingly.
  • Results: Achieved a 10% increase in ROAS and expanded their reach without proportionately increasing their ad spend.
