• Benefit Renewals - Work with external vendors on remarketing exercises, claim experience, employee communication and invoice management. Prepare and submit wages on portal for Workers Compensation (Australia)
• Service ticket management - work on ad hoc requests raised by employees, business and external vendors
• Diversity and inclusion initiatives - strategize and execute events/ initiatives at entity and global level as a global diversity ambassador.

• Employee Benefits Planning, Benchmarking & Administration (India,Australia,S.Korea,Japan,China,Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore & UAE) : Responsible for benefits policy renewals of employee policies (Medical, Term Life, AD&D), budget approvals,market review, vendor management and involved in benefit enhancement initiatives
• Employee Wellness : Organizing on-site and virtual wellness activities for multiple APAC office locations for emotional and physical wellbeing (Awarded Human Resource Impact Award FY18). Contribution towards EAP awareness and utilization initiatives.
• Global Market Benchmarking & Merit Program Modeling : Involved in preparing base files for annual revision exercise of salary ranges for all company geographies, modeling for merit budget planning and preparing reporting tool
