Project Name: HIC- Health Insurance Care

HIC System helps to deal with various insurance activities like developing standard policy

forms, handling billing process, managing customer's data, rendering quality services to customer, coordinating between branches and so on. Software testing assures quality of insurance software by identifying bugs before go-live. Insurance is defined as equitable transfer of risk of loss from one entity to another in exchange for payment.

● Designed and developed automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver for web applications across various browsers.

● Implemented Page Object Model (POM) design pattern to improve code maintainability and reusability.

● Created data-driven test frameworks using CSV, Excel, or JSON files to optimize test execution and reduce maintenance effort.

● Utilized Pytest and unittest frameworks for writing unit and integration tests.

● Performed API testing using Python libraries like requests and Pytest-rest.

● Integrated automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.

● Collaborated with developers and QA team members to identify and resolve defects efficiently.

Project Name: Enterprise Document Delivery

Application is backbone for all projects running in an organization for their enterprise document delivery which consists of Email, SMS, AO (Automated Outbound) and Postal Mail. This application was built over microservices architecture and individual capabilities been treated a single microservice along with other common capabilities. All external client can utilize this capability for their document delivery.

● Analysing, designing, coding and implementing several modules of this application.

● Collaborated with developers and QA team members to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
