• Infeed Quality Monitoring System – Designed a sensor-based inspection system using Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Delta I/O module to prevent fallen bottles from entering and damaging costly equipment, improving machine reliability and reducing downtime.
• Bottle Counting Sensor System – Implemented sensors across multiple production-line stages to accurately monitor total bottle count, using PLC and HMI for real-time data display and process monitoring.
