- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to shortlisting, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Talent Database Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of potential candidates within the HRIS system for future hiring needs.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Manage joining formalities, conduct employee orientation sessions, and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all new hires.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with business heads to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure efficient talent acquisition processes.
- Offer & Contract Management: Draft and issue offer letters and employment contracts in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- HRIS Data Management: Accurately input and update employee information in the HRIS system to maintain data integrity and support HR operations.
