• Lead QA teams for cloud-based Banking CRM product and gained extensive knowledge of Banking CRM functionalities.
• Responsible for planning, implementation, and execution of all QA activities
• Single-handedly built test automation framework for UI and API testing
• Adopted BDD for automation testing using Selenium and Behave(python) libraries with minimal changes in framework
• Implemented performance testing solution for soak/load testing using Selenium Grid. This includes custom logger, custom execution cycle, bulk test data generation, and continuous integration.
