Supply Network Planning: (4 APAC Markets).

• Analyze Weekly Low stock report to identify top BO SKUs for improved visibility to business ensuring patient impact.
• Investigate supply issue & rectify with timely escalation at BO blitz forum with Global business SNP team.
• Efficacious distribution planning in 3 APAC markets for weekly replenishment to ensure>90% OTIF.

Inventory Management:

• Quarterly review replenishment strategy revising ROP/SS as per entitlement target to optimize inventory levels.
• Manage Slob & rise flag to business for revision of deployments strategy to improve inventory health.
• Optimizing inventory levels to balance between meeting customer demand and minimizing excess stock.
• Setting and maintaining safety stock levels to mitigate supply chain risks.

Reporting & analytics:

• Support Regional Demand Manager to accomplish S&OP Process deliverables.
• Responsible to prepare monthly reports for supporting Local Demand and Supply Review and Pre-S&OP meetings
• Order Coverage Analysis, OOH (Order on Hand) Status Vs Demand Signal Analysis, work with global team to secure orders for uncovered production slots.

• Assist with reporting and analysis of Open Order/Sales/Inventory & Forecasting data.
