- Updating the production confirmation and goods movement in SAP for a smooth flow in production.
- Shift scheduling and manpower allocation according to production requirements.
- Ensure an effective implementation of all planning activities, particularly in material management, with the ERP system.
- Report to the production manager about current work progress, and make a comparison between the plan and actual progress, and study the impact of alternative approaches to work.
- In the absence of SIC, successfully handle all curing and final finish sections with proper manpower handling, proper planning, and achieve the daily target given by the planning department.
