• • Electrical motors: Having experience in electrical motor maintenance, ranging from 0.5 kW to 6.5 MW, with LRS system.
  • Transformers: - Experienced in Maintenance, troubleshooting of power and distribution transformers rating from50VA to 20/25MVA, 80MVA rectifier transformer (ABB, Siemens with onload tap change system).
  • LT and MV drives: Experienced in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ABB ACS550, 580, 800, 850, 880 ABB drives, and Yaskawa F7, V7, and A1000 drives.
  • Protection relays: programming of protection relays for both HT and LT systems, such as ABB (REF, REM, RET) and Schneider (Micom P122, P125, P222, P225).
  • Switchgear: maintenance and troubleshooting of LT and HT breakers, such as VCBs, air circuit breakers, SF6 circuit breakers (ABB HPA), SACE Emax2, Siemens (3WL), L&T, isolators, MCC panels, and HT panels.
  

Client: NBPDCL State Government Power project. Site: BTPS BIHAR.

• Preparation of single line diagrams, equipment layout, bill of quantity and bill of materials.
• Review of equipment technical specifications for switchgear, cables, battery, ups, luminaries, junction box, industrial power sockets etc. Part number logging in the software, creating and updating component database.
• Design of electrical equipment's – MV and LV Switchgear panels, Control panels, Battery and UPS systems, Cables, Air conditioning, Lighting and small power, Fire alarm and CCTV systems.
• Preparing engineering documentation and specifications for basic and detailed engineering.
• Load flow and short circuit schedule analysis (Manual and ETAP Software).
• Preparation of earthing system, lightning protection drawings and design calculations.
• Coordination with site teams for the execution issues and helping them for task completion on time.

Client: SBPDCL Government Power project. Site: Patna (Bihar).

• Supervised electrical installation projects to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinated with teams to schedule maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

• Collecting the Hourly reading of LT,HT,UPS panels & transformer. Operation of Diesel generator.

• Maintenance of Control panels and DDC Panels, SF6,VCB,ACB circuit breaker,protective relays.
  
• Monitor and advise subcontractor on the control of his labour, construction equipment and materials to ensure meeting the project schedule.
