• Taking care of customer compliance, analyzing customer compliant using quality tools, and submitting CAPA on time based on the outcome of the analysis.
• Responsible in the co-ordinate of work involved the operations of Pre-Dispatch Inspection.
• Involved in 3third party inspection to ensure the inspection properly approved and documentation adherence.
• Coordinator for preparing control plan, PFMEA, PFD, And PPAP.
• Assist with the validation and testing of production parts during the approval process.
• Knowledge about the TMT Basic knowledge TMT steel manufacturing process, like that, HMD, Pinch roll, shifter moment, MT Area, re heating, Tail breaker, cooling bed, ambient air, cold shear, material shifting area, chain transfer, material resize, chemical composition of TMT, twin channel. Etc.
• Perform testing like Rockwell hardness testing, UTM, Salt spray testing, optical emission spectrometer machine
• Preparing for individual section SOP.
• To handle the 5S, Kaizen, and any other improvement which gives best quality to make our part better.
