  • The internship provided exposure across Front Office through assisting with guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and basic use of front office systems. In F&B Service, support included table setups, taking orders, food & beverage service, and assisting in banquet setups. Culinary experience focused on the bakery section, learning bread preparation, uses of baking equipment, maintaining hygiene, managing ingredient storage, and helping with dessert counter setup. This cross-department involvement strengthened operational understanding and teamwork skills.
