Found my interest in business management at an early stage, even before starting my career and taking a step to learn more about the ideology and the process has made a decent person capable to analyze the process and derive insights out from the language of data. Having a balanced skill set to understand the business both technically and theoretically, Keen at solving case studies made me more curious how different segments in business such as Organizational Culture, Finance, Innovation, Marketing, acquisition etc. play their part in building the whole ecosystem of business. Even learning ethics, empathy and kindness play a crucial role in the psychology of business and its management. I believe in my key strengths, Work efficiency, accuracy, accountability and mainly understanding the purpose of my part have helped me be a better contributor in my work place. I wander in search of good reads, books have always been my main source of wisdom and equally following the change in day to day business trends makes me visualize the markets even better. My decent communication skills help me a lot to grasp the maximin out, I am keen at understanding the phrases and recollecting the key attributes discussed. Good at drafting reports, mails and documenting the process on a timely basis is my additional habit acquired from the early stage of taking notes and storing references. Never would miss an opportunity to prove my abilities and my actions take initiative to meet the deliverables. Taking feedback and working on them is my asset and my way to work on my gaps if any. My greatest inspiration is Elon Musk and I follow Simon Sinek and Nir Eyal's works. I believe in the phrase it just takes an opportunity to build a fortune and never miss one if found. I prefer reading to keep my imagination and creativity at work. I read books related to psychology, finance, investments, Organizational culture and a little bit of fiction. I try to write the synopsis as well from what that book has given me and work on how it helps me making myself better. Podcasts would mainly comprise of interviews and keynotes sessions such as TED Talks etc. I meditate and workout to analyze myself.
