Summary
Switching frome domestic to MNC is not easy at all to adapt and adjust easily. Its a very critical process for any individual but i adapted that environment within few months and drawn everyone attentions. In Genpact i started learning very quickly and developing my knowledge day by day rapidly. I made a record of top performer continuously 16 months inside my team that has never been done before. Within 2 years of working i got promoted between 45 employees. I also started provide training to new joiners and quality checks. Got so many times appreciation from clients and onshore for my understanding, work and behaviour.
