Got selected in flagship training programme, Cadila Young Leadership Programme at Cadila Pharmaceuticals.

Was initially assigned the project handling and tracking of automation of SRP and other plants where temperature and pressure parameters were critical. Assessed the control strategy & logic and thus studied how yield of product was strategised to increase after automation.

Made timeline of projects of CAPEX-2021 and calculated ROI for all the equipment like reactor, centrifuge, distillation column packing, Chiller Plant & Cooling Tower and other process machineries.

Learnt process mapping and capacity mapping of products and did preliminary stage capacity mapping of new products of which production were to be setup at a new location.

Found myself a good team player and coordinated with internal team, project finance, purchase and vendor for timely completion of projects.

• Absorbed the whole idea of paint production and learned how temperature, pressure, mixing characteristics play important role in efficient reaction completion without fail. Observed that paint production is both solvent and water based.
• Learned how automation plays improtant role maintaining the temperature of reaction to avoid product failure.

• Risk Analysis - Assessed the overall safety scenario of gas bottling unit starting from MSDS of the Butane-Ethane to the probability calculation of vapour cloud explosion and BLEVE in any faulty scenario related to tanker/cylinder/storage tank.
• Learned to use ALOHA software to calculate range of fire ball, pressure effects, etc. and plotted on the project report.
