• The mixer is started on the switch as follows:
• Switch the handle for main supply to 1.
• Green pushbutton = Mixer start
• Red pushbutton = Mixer stop
• Where the direction of rotation is wrong this must be
• changed by the alteration of two of three phases.
• This work must be carried out by a qualifi ed electrician.
• > Maintenance of the Mixer;- Set the blades as below:
• Dimension A = 0 – 2 mm and
• Dimension B = 2 – 5 mm and tighten the screws.
• > Cleaning and Maintenance of the Mixer;- 1. Let the mixture run for a few minutes.
• Troubleshot complex electrical and mechanical issues with minimal downtime.
• Adjusted machine settings according to manufacturing specifications.
• Routinely inspected plant equipment for signs of wear or malfunctioning parts.
• 2. Empty the mixer.
• Disconnect the mixer from the power supply and ensure
• that it is not possible to engage it again.
• 3. Clean with water.
• Never direct the jet of water directly at the plug or
• control panel.
• The gearbox of the mixer requires no maintenance.
• If the mixer pan is damaged it will be diffi cult to clean it,
• so do NEVER hammer or hit the mixer with any tool or
• similar equipment.

• Performed data analysis to identify root causes of quality issues and developed corrective actions.
