• 1. Monitors the implementation of the requirement of safety management plan and arrange continues and daily safety monitoring to ensure compliance and effectiveness. 2. To liaise with and support Area Engineers/Superintendents/ Supervisors to promote safety awareness in their area of responsibility. 3. To detect, identify, analyze, control, eliminate and recognized hazardous acts, condition, behavior and violation. 4. To investigate and report immediately in writing all accidents, unsafe acts, near misses occurred at work place and the report shall be submitted immediately to the concerned personnel. 5. Monitoring the implementation of completed Risk-assessment. 6. Monitoring the correct usage of safety barriers, including timely removal. 7. Assists in preparing toolbox talk subjects for the supervisors and monitor its compliance. 8. Responsible in issuing detailed weekly/monthly safety reports including all accident/incident, hazards and near- misses observed, manpower, man-hours worked and submit to concerned personnel. 9. To participate in the weekly safety audit inspections and to ensure that all the unsafe acts/conditions reported are corrected. 10. Co-ordinates with Client safety management team.

Reading:-  To be honest, I am not reading any book at the moment. I’ve been focusing on my job search in the last 30 days, trying to prepare for the interviews, spending a lot of time reading content on internet, and also on some other websites. But I am receiving monthly newsletter from two websites that specialize in Safety and in latest changes to Labour Laws in the world, in order to keep my knowledge up to date, and also because I really like my field of work.

Playing:-  I used to play many games in my childhood such as carom board, Cricket, Tanis, snakes and ladders. Here I would like to talk about Cricket. It was my favorite game. I used to play this game in small ground near my house and sometimes in my friends nearest ground too, this game was very important to me because I loved play Cricket and would feel very happy when no one could bold-out me.
