1. Managing and coordinating all site activities.

2. Co-ordination with the client and higher management to plan daily site activities.

3. To fulfill all requirements as JMC, reconciliation, and other requirements for billing purposes.

4. Daily update site progress report.

5. Coordinating with clients and external agencies.

6. Safety, Health, and Environmental Training arrangements for subcontractors and workers.

7. Foundation, erection, and stringing of 132 kV, 220 kV, and 400 kV transmission lines.

8. Verification of route alignment, detail survey, check survey of T/L.

9. All civil and electrical works related to the transmission line.

10. OPGW installation and earthing work of the transmission line.

11. JMC and MRC verification with the client.

12. Managing all site activity, coordination, and RoW clearance.

2. Emergency restoration of collapsed tower i.r.o. 400 KV Kahalgaon-Barh D/C.

3. Emergency restoration of collapse tower in 400 KV (Twin) Koderma-Bokaro D/C Transmission line.

4. Embankment protection of Kankai River to protect Tower No.

47 in 400 kV Kishanganj-Patna line, near village Simalbari Amour.
