- Managed and trained a team of 6 Engineers and 400 workmen delivering targeted invoice, on-time.
- Co-ordinted and led a team to achieve required technical parameters and simultaneously built an efficient and productive team to execute Diaphragm walls, Roof Slabs, base slabs, Platform Slabs, Walls and Plunge columns for underground Station and Cut and cover stretch of a total of 1.5 km.

- Stepped in as an graduate Engineer trainee in execution for a 30000 Cr. project.
- Worked as an Assistant site Eng and led execution of construction of an underground launching shaft along with the construction and installation of Secant piling work, soldier pile, capping beam, Rock anchors/bolts, brackets, struts and waler & king posts.
- Interface of Tunnel and Surface functional requirements gaining fine experience in EPB and Hard rock dual mode TBM, managing various disciplinary bodies of tunnel team.
- Commanded the team for cradle installation Initial drive& Final drive- TBM lowering, Ring delivery, temporary ring installation and dismantling, movement of Back-up gantries, Mining, Disposal, Ring (Key) selection, grouting and checking of Steps & Lips between the rings built. Cutterhead intervention- Inspection and drafting of report including primary and secondary grouting.
- Completed and handed over both 5.85 dia Twin Tunnels 33.5 km of 20 m depth, along with Cross passages of 10m long before the timeline and casted the first bed concrete with shear connectors for track work.
- Monitored and led the Tunnel handovering work of with zero leakage and defects.
- Worked as an Engineer in Construction of 130 m Seepz Station.
- Constructed Ramp slab and ramp walls from the launching shaft to the Depot for station and Entry exit areas, slabs and major RCC structures for handing over.
- Spearheaded Architectural Finishing work i.e, Blockwork, VDF, SCREED, Tiling, skirting work, scupper drains, false ceilings, granite works drains, Putty and paint work.
- Handled the handover of rooms and Inspection to various respective clients/parties as an interface Leader along with Preparation of method statement, SOP and amendment as per client's comments in drawings and Methodologies.
- Proficient in advance planning and management of materials, manpower, machineries etc. Handled billing of subcontractors as per the measurement of work at site.
