RCC Permanent Structure

• · Experience in Construction of Reinforced concrete structures in station and cut and cover area.
• · Key responsibilities included: Drawing interpretations, Preparation of BBS, supervision and monitoring of waterproofing ,reinforcement cutting and bending, tying and placing , scaffoldings, shuttering formwork and concreting with Boom placers/Pipelines up to 1000m3 for major Permanent RCC structures like Base Slab, Wall, roof slab, columns, staircases, Tunnel Boxes (40), Sump, and open Ramp.

TBM & TUNNELING

• Interface of tunnel and surface functional requirements and gained experience with EPB and Hard Rock Dual mode TBM.
• Management of various disciplinary bodies of tunnel team and whole program planning and execution of TBM activities.
• TBM Launching- Cradle installations and alignment along with associated installation of thrust frame and pedestals.
• Initial drive& Final drive- TBM lowering, Ring delivery, temporary ring installation and dismantling, movement of Back-up gantries.
• Mining, Disposal, Ring (Key) selection, grouting and checking of Steps & Lips between the rings built . Cutterhead intervention- Inspection and drafting of report.
• Primary and secondary grouting- Alcoffine grouting, PU grouting for leakages. Repairing of cracks, leakages or spalls
• First bed concrete along with installation of shear connectors for track.
• Responsible for handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to equipments, material, manpower & overall project operation for ensuring timely completion.
• Cut and Cover Station and Ramp
• Overall Site Development and various construction for utility extensions which includes trenches, and diversions.
• Responsible for the Excavation and soil rock supporting system of the shaft which included Control blasting, hard rock breaking and muck disposal ,Shotcrete, Rock Bolt, Rock Anchor etc.being the activities involved.
• Execution and Monitoring the Secant piling,Soldier Pile, capping beam and flood wall activity as per the design criteria and BBS.
• Fabrication and erection of Strut and Waler system including Plunge columns (King posts), brackets etc.
• Directed activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and approved method statements.
• Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings and schematic drawings.

Architectural Finishing works – Station

• Execution of finishing work of various rooms in station.
• Execution of Blockwork,VDF, SCREED, Tiling drains,Putty and paint work.
• Handling the handover of rooms and Inspection to various respective clients/parties as an interface Leader .

Site Planning & billing and Documentation

● Handling the construction layout drawings and underground

structure drawings.

Preparation of method statement, SOP and amendment as per client’s comments.

● Yearly, monthly, weekly, micro planning of site activities and discussing the same in project meetings.

● Proficient in advance planning and management of materials, manpower, machineries etc.

● Developing a proper plan considering the target dates and various milestones and reviewing.

● Handled billing of subcontractors as per the measurement of work at site.

● Knowledge of the documentation required for the project as per the contractual requirements.

● Client/General consultant Handling.

• Worked with the Design Team for DFCC package 14 project.
• · Drawings were properly studied and Quantity estimation was done and checked.
• · Calculation of loads and forces acting on each member of the structure was plotted and tabulated.
• · Worked on Staad pro v8i for the cross verification.
• · Referred to the IS CODES for various cases of distribution of loads to plot , analyse and design.
• · Working under site engineer, and helping them in documentation and execution priorily.
• · Properly studied all the major activities going on at the site with its respective method tatements and design criteria’s.
• · Obtained visual learning and obtained clear picture of piling, strut and waler system installation, rock anchor stressing, Blasting, shotcrete at retaining walls, Rock Bolting, exacavation .
• Took responsibilty to execute Piling under supervision and cleared.

• • Working under Senior Site Engineer at Site for the construction of a church and building at 30000 sqft.
• • The construction stage of a church was keenly observed and studied along with the drawings.
• • Different methods of compaction, foundation, arch domed shape reinforcements and the concreting were executed and supervised.
• The Technical parameters of the procedures were analaysed.
• • Preparation of Daily progress report and submission to site engineer was strictly followed and monitored.
