1. Partial Send Back Expense: Idea delivered in Concur tool by decreasing the cost of creation of each report by sending back line items in one report.

2. Standardization of Email Templates: Created the standardization process of email template while returning reports through Concur or SAP to Employees for better understanding & process knowledge. 

3. Ghost card process implementation: For NAM region, a separate corporate cards were set up which is restricted only for specific vendors. 

4. Soft copy movement: For Africa Market, removed submission of hard copies for receipts and moved to soft copy market.

5.Integration of Diageo India to Global markets: Review of existing ways of working in Diageo India and moved to global of ways of working as process deviated and align with the Global Policies. 

6. CCRS clean up: Update of correct employee details to respective corporate cards via CITI manager for Global markets.
