Assistant Manager-Commissioning (October 2022-June 2024)

• Contributed to the successful technical and cold run commissioning of the WHITE-1 area for the expansion of the alumina refinery from a capacity of 2 MTPA to 5 MTPA, through strategic planning and execution.
• Developed comprehensive pre-commissioning documents, including SOPs, Isolation Statements, PSSRs, and JSAs.
• Developed a comprehensive cold run and hot run commissioning plan to be executed on-site to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conducted performance tests of equipment, such as pumps, agitators, filters, control valves, and heat exchangers, to verify their performance as per their design data sheet.
• Participated in HAZOP studies for the alumina refinery expansion.
• Played a pivotal role in training new commissioning team members.

Assistant Manager-Production (July 2024- Present)

• Contributed to the planning of the stabilization phase of the commissioned unit to achieve production targets.
• Daily tracking of equipment performance, maintenance plans, and parameters for operational excellence.
• Implemented the process optimization module in asset optimization for the first time in the commissioned unit.
• In charge of the 'Confined Space' module for operational safety.
• Currently working as a "Shift incharge" and leading the shift for operations.

• Conducted a "Competency Framework for the Refinery."

• Executed a project on "Thermal Design and Optimization of Heat Exchangers."
