  • Leading the customer-centric design thinking strategy implementation for the launch of the enterprise product version 2.0 (0-1 products)
  • Driving collaborative brainstorming discussions on Miro & Figma with Mobile, Web - Frontend, Architecture, Design & Testing teams
  • Leading & growing a lean Product Design team managing 4 enterprise products. Working hands-on in Figma to create rapid prototypes based on research for usability & customer feedback analysis.

Problem : The flagship products were unable to exponentially grow in the business revenue numbers. The existing product strategy was defined by prioritization of customer requirements (only) leading to functionalities built in silos.


Solution(s) : Drove complex stakeholder management to bring a shift in the product mindset to a customer-centric design thinking strategy implementing frameworks like jobs-to-be-done & 5 steps to achieve Design Thinking, organization wide.


  • Drove & led the product analytics program implementing the first ever analytics strategy. Designed business node diagrams for ETL application on data derived from Pendo. Ideated & defined multiple north-star success metrics specific to the domain. Published interactive dashboard on PowerBI for C-Suite, Sales & Marketing Operation teams.
  • Enabled internal business stakeholders to consume & make data-driven decisions effectively
  • Compiling deep competitive & market research including affinity analysis of the user research using JTBD framework to enhance the decisions made for Product Design & Development
  • Developing product documentation (PRDs, Release Notes, Backlog Items, Technical Specifications) to communicate upcoming features and products.
  • Drove & Led a team (of 25) the end-end product lifecycle management of research, ideate, prototype, design, validate, implement & test for a Mobile App as MVP.

Problem : A B2B organization in the space of Market Research & Intelligence enabling customers that need intelligence for business decisions. There was no SaaS based subscription product that could add to the recurring revenue. Provided E-commerce type & Services as the revenue.

Solution (s) :

  • Initiated the discovery of new products to cater to customer & business needs to enable recurring revenue.
  • Ideated, prototyped, validated & delivered a new tool. Led a team (of 7) to design, develop & deliver - Commodity Price Tracker which brought in 5-6 multi-year deals worth revenue addition of ~$120K/deal within first month of launch.
  • Based on research, ideated on automating the custom requests for projects to help internal teams scale up & improve efficiency.
  • Led a team (of 15) to deliver a Project Management tool which brought in ARR deals from 5 customers with 500 end-users each within first month of launch.
  • Initiated and validated with C-Suite team on a new platform product to integrate the Price Tracker tool & Project Management Tool along with additional API integrations to bring in web scraped information.
  • Delivered 100+ design prototypes to bring the tools built in silos onto a single integrated platform product - Infiniti Central : Technavio, Spendedge, Commodity Tracker, Bizvibe & Project Portal.
  • Led a team (of 15) to manage the end-end product inception to design and delivery of Infiniti Central. Enabled multiple new product revenue streams for the organization within the 1 year tenure
  • Drove the translation of the new product strategy into detailed functional specification documentation for development teams.
  • Collaborated regularly with the Sales, Marketing & Services teams to enable the soft launch of the 3 new products to customers.
  • Boosted customer base penetration using creative promotional approaches.
