Preparing and get approval of payment for local and foreign purchase invoices.
Control and review all types of insurance matters, such as property, stocks, vehicles, and import shipments.
Verifying the daily credit and cash sales and deposit the cash into the banks accordingly.
Handling petty cash for daily purchases on cash basis.
Preparing all the CHQs & TT for payment of Local & Foreign Purchases.
Preparing the payroll for staff.
Posting of all Payments incl. LMRA, GOSI & Utility bills & Receipts.
Bank Reconciliation (Monthly)
VAT Return filing (Quarterly)
Monitor all the enquiries & quotations.
Preparing RFQ, LPO’s and supervise all Local Purchase & Foreign Purchases.
Following up all the pending orders as per buyers demand.
Managing & Handling All the HR jobs as below
Preparing employees' job contracts.
Applying online new visa
Local transfer / mobility
Staff health medial for LMRA visa.
Maintaining employee files
Application submission of New Company registered under Enterprises for National Employment program and regularly submitting payments for the employees each month.
All types of reporting directly to the Group General Manager & Director
