1. BANCS — BFSI Platforms

TCS BaNCS is a core banking software suite developed by Tata Consultancy Services for use by retail banks.

BANCS is a banking platform which helps customers to retrieve or edit documents from UCH Drive using policy number which has a unique doc id generated during pdf generation in UCH Doc.

2. WALGREENS BOOTS ALLIANCE

WBA owns the retail pharmacy chains Walgreens in the US and Boots in the UK, as well as several pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution companies.

· Responsible for various application upgrades and deployments.

· Responsible for the maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.

· Responsible for debugging application logs for tracking the errors.

· In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and inter dependencies. • Familiar with Database SQL and jboss application servers WinSCP.

· Knowledge on Incident management and its process.

· Worked in iSecure Authenticator for bancs application.

· Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identifies, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the event’s resolution.

· Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to application and application issues in issues tracker and deployment trackers.

· Providing RCA at the end of Critical Major Incidents in Prod.
