- Leading the entire team of Fabrication, tool-room, electrical and automation personnel along with seamless coordination with other departments within the organisation to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Understanding and organising the process flow by prioritising the long-lead and challenging components, thus optimising productivity.
- Identifying the challenges and utilising the available resources to tackle them.
- Keep a close watch through the entire manufacturing process and ensure everything is within the designated timeline and requirement of the customer.
- Testing the machine functionalities once the machine is ready and conducting dummy trials before FAT.
- Complete project installation, commissioning and documentation at International as well as Domestic sites.
- Resolving customer complaints on a regular basis and providing online support to service team as well as end user to resolve queries.
- To check the technical aspects of quotations and comply as per URS, generate leads through online portals and market survey.
- To understand the clients technical and budgetary requirements through telephonic discussions and meetings, providing the most effective and best possible solution.
- Following up with client for submitted offers or for upcoming projects and requirements.
- Negotiating with clients and executing deals, ensuring a proper balance between customer satisfaction and organisation’s Interests.
