  • Working with Accenture from 3 years as a Transaction Processing Associate (Accounts Payable), Accounts Payable ( 3 years).
  • Handling all the queries of Singapore region which includes Invoice Processing or any email regarding queries related to vendor queries ,PO ,Non PO queries etc.
  • Handling all the vendor disputes and ensure timely payments to them.
  • Processing Recurring, Invoice Plan, PO based & Non-PO based invoices of Singapore as well as ANZ.
  • Processing of SUBIN (Substitute Invoices) for Tax/VAT related vendors (Especially for government authorities’ departments) Escalation handling and fast track resolution of vendor’s or clients issues Urgent payment handling for critical business needs Helping other invoice processing team to ensure quality and timely payment to vendors Auditing of invoices on weekly basis.
  • Monthly calls with the FC’s of the region regarding Overdue payments as well as regarding FPY.
  • Make sure that the invoices are paid before it gets Overdue and also handles Overdue % which can somehow impact the POT.
