I as a Senior Associate work with metrics team in helping the organization measure and analyses the various performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The primary role is to:-

• Collecting the data and integrating the data from various available sources like spreadsheets, database and external data provider.
• Cleaning the data and transform the raw data into a usable format.
• Conducting in-depth data analysis for the insights of trends and patterns with the help of various statistical and data visualization techniques like matplotlib, seaborn, tableau and power BI to make the data more understandable.
• Developing a dashboard / reports to visualize the metrics, which helps the management and stakeholders to understand the performance at a glance.
• Continuous performance monitoring will be held to detect the changes in the performance.
• Overall, I have proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases. I regularly use excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• My contribution is to provide data-driven insights that enable the organization to make informed decisions, track progress and to optimize performance to meet the objectives.

• Providing advice and recommendations to clients regarding stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investments.
• Monitoring market conditions, news events, and economic indicators in order to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Reviewing client portfolios regularly to assess risk levels and make appropriate adjustments.
• Conducting research on various companies and industries in order to provide accurate analysis of the stock market.
• Executing buy and sell orders for clients based on their individual needs and objectives.
• Preparing reports detailing investment performance for clients on a regular basis.

• Writing Rating reports and credit reviews/analysis for recommendation to Senior members for approval.
• Understanding the various banking products (including Trade Finance and Derivatives) and credit documentation for the same. Support the KCP with appropriate checks and its inclusion in the credit reviews.
• Monitoring of limits/exposure: Updating Limit amendments and credit relevant data updates in the credit system. Exposure monitoring and timely clearance of Excess tickets. Timely monitoring of covenants and regular discussion with KCPs.
• Managing own credit portfolio and assist senior decision makers to make informed decisions based on your recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant and applicable local and global regulatory and policy requirements.
