- As a senior financial analyst of Manager Reconciliation process, the primary job was reconciling between custodian and investment manager's records, identifying and resolving all kind of discrepancies.
- Research of market value variance arising out of pricing discrepancy, share discrepancy, etc by liaising with multiple internal and external parties which in this case is investment manager.
- Types of discrepancies worked upon includes but not restricted to Equities, Fixed income securities, Derivatives (Futures, Swaps, Options, Forwards), Pricing etc.
- Quality check / review process on final product before delivering to the end client.
- Attending calls with client and client administration teams.
- Trained new analysts on manger reconciliation process and extended on-the job training.
- Trained the team of 25+ members at the time of major transition project within the team.
- Efficiently trained multiple co-workers to couple of sub process within the team.
- Was also a part of Quality Measurement Report (Report) team for one of the major clients of Northern, my role was to prepare KPI which includes most vital components of the manager reconciliation sign off process into the client report (QMR).
