• Gathering business requirements and coordinating with source team to understand the data
• Creating Workspaces, develop reports and publish dashboards for end users
• Report Migration from SSRS to Power BI, Excel to Power BI

• Creating URS, FRS, Unit Testing documentation in M-Files and Windchill.

• Incidents/work requests resolution with SLA, L2/L3 support
• Working with minor enhancements & Change Requests (CRQ). Proactive problem management with RCA & PR execution
• Major incident management support, SOPs documentation for repetitive incidents and processes
• Working with vendor to analyze and resolve the issue.
• Performing daily, weekly and yearly activities and KT transition
• Performing SSL certification on web browser. Recertification of user license
• Maintaining Active, burst report and dashboards. Scheduling and distributing reports through Cognos connection
