Regularly update process manuals
Responsible for creation of SOPs for new processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements with a view to provide better client services
Participates in process update sessions, Process Knowledge Tests, training and coaching
sessions
Liaising with Clients and Re-insurers
Debt collection and Outward credit due to the account holder
Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPs
Acts as checker for new colleagues and provides feedback to ensure accurate and complete
process knowledge
Conducts regular process audits
Adheres to audit sampling guidelines
Reports on audit findings, ensures corrective action is taken and closes the audit loop
