Responsibilites

• To organize and manage training for the team members and follow-up for improved quality
• To do seasonal wash collection based on Managers direction
• To provide technical solution to merchandisers on the product developed
• To follow and provide technical support/cost saving inputs to Merchandisers
• To ensure lab testing of developed products meet requirement
• To be updated with US market tread with help of manage and with his own source and with help of designers
• To foresee bulk related replication issues in development stage and alert merchandisers
• To follow RSL and Product safety manual
• Any task that management reasonably asks to follow
• To work with laundry partners to achieve sample deadlines
• Ensure all samples request (target, proto, sms, bulk std) are executed on a timely manner and matching with buyer’s requirement (quality and aesthetic)
• Ensure that all wash development fit into cost target and can be replicated into bulk production
• To prepare monthly and annual report
• Capable to take instant decision for any problem resolution of the project ongoing activities
• To ensure the smooth process and progress of the Project ongoing activities
• Assisting to prepare monthly and semi-annual report of the project Ensuring adequate documentation of the study
• Ensuring adequate documentation of administrative and financial issues
• Monitoring of progress through tracking key process indicators and ensuring quality of technical components as well as quality of team work and the project

My Responsibilities were

• To ensure the smooth process and progress of the Project ongoing activities
• Capable to take instant decision for any problem resolution of the project ongoing activities
• To ensure detailed and methodological documentation of process learning gathered in course of implementation of the project
• To ensure that all key decisions are documented and tracked, on an on- going basis
• Maintain documentation of Management Information Service (MIS), periodically analysis MIS data and prepare report
• To prepare monthly and annual report
• To organize and manage training for the team members and follow-up for improved quality
• To conduct observation immensely and investigation of substantive issues arising in course viii

• To maintain Sample in-out time & Date
• Maintain chart
• Prepare monthly report & yearly report.
