Project Think & Make:

Think & Make is a 2-year beginner level student-led in-person program aimed to nurture program-solving capacity in Grade 8 and 9 students.

• Designed surveys to capture data on the effectiveness of the program during its current and previous runs.
• Developed a revised Curriculum Framework for the program based on the feedback and needs assessment.
• Coached a team of content designers on Instructional Design strategies and oversaw the content design for year-1 of the program.
• Working with a team to develop training modules for 3-day in-campus induction program for student-teachers.

Project UniSolve:

UniSolve is a digital platform developed in collaboration with UNICEF, India. The platform facilitates a teacher-led blended learning model aimed at nurturing change-makers in school going children. The project is currently active in 4 Indian States (AP, TS, KN and TN) and 2 Countries outside of India (Maldives and Bhutan).

• Lead a team of developers to design and review content that includes scripts for educational videos, assessments, worksheets, additional reading materials.
• Reviewed the content videos (english version) and worked closely with the video production team.
• Successfully designed, developed teacher training materials, conducted and monitored ToT (Training of trainers) across the states of Telangana, Tamil Nadu and TT (teacher trainings) countries of Maldives and Bhutan.
• Worked with M&E team to develop tools to check for the effectiveness of the program.
• Conducted the program in two schools to get first-hand feedback on content and implementation.
• Worked on strategy to plan for future versions of the program based on feedback received from multiple instances.

Project Think & Make:

• Reviewed content developed for year 2022.
• Helped team strategize for the in-campus induction program for student teachers.
• Facilitated sessions to capacity build student teachers to deliver the program in their respective schools.

Project Think & make:

• Worked as a part of team that developed age-appropriate hands-on content, the aim of which is to introduce children to simple technologies using which they can solve problems around them.
• Developed Rubrics to help measure the growth of a pre-defined set of KSAs Inqui-lab aims to nurture.

Project Home Innovation:

• Researched and developed online virtual sessions to encourage children to take up problem solving at home .
• Facilitated sessions, as a part of the program, for students studying in grades 6,7 and 8.

Project School Innovation Challenge:

School Innovation Challenge is a virtual program developed in collaboration with UNICEF and TSIC that aims to teach design thinking to school going children and inspire children to give ideas to solve problems around them.

• Worked as a part of the team that developed scripts and assessments for the virtual program.
• In-charge of the teacher training module. Researched and developed teacher training modules and conducted induction program for District Science Officers to on-board them for the program.
• Created ToT modules and trained the trainers to successfully deliver teacher training to all govt. school teachers in Telangana.
• Developed Rubrics to help filter over 11000 ideas students gave as a part of the state-wide challenge.

Project Community:

• Developed and conducted surveys in the district of Warangal in Telangana to assess needs for a community centre for students.
• Developed an initial framework to ideate for the Project.

Note: This project was scrapped due to lack of resources, instability due to the pandemic and change in both personal and org priorities.

• Taught Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Social Studies and Hindi to a class to 25 students all through their grades 8, 9 and 10.
• Created well researched lesson plans and presentations on a daily basis, pre-dominantly following the strategies outlined in NCF-2005 and SCF-2011 (TG/AP).
• Trained incoming TFI fellows on the pedagogy of Mathematics at the Accelerated Institute for year-2 fellows in TFI, Hyderabad.
• Set up a classroom library by gathering funds in the excess on Rs. 30,000.
• Raised funds to set up a basic physics and chemistry lab in the school.
• Worked alongside with Teach For India fellows in the school to improve student outcomes in each others classes.
• Helped students organize science events in the school.
• Provided students with opportunities outside of school to help them nurture their talents.
• Personally coached 2 batches of students to compete in a city-wide drama event of which 1 batches won awards for their performance.
• Maintained a consistent class average between 60-75% across all the academic subjects over the years.
• Achieved 100% pass result in SSC boards.

• Taught Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and English to a class to 32 students all through their grades 6 and 7.
• Achieved an average growth of 3.2 years (from 2.1 to 5.3) in the Reading Comprehension levels of students in 2 years.
• Achieved 60% class average in state conducted assessments in Mathematics, registering a growth of 34% points in 2 years.
• Coached students in Drama and helped them win the best script award in a city-wide drama competition, Drammebazz.
• Instrumental in setting up a peer-learning community called SIG (SCERT Interest Group) helping fellows come together to learn about the pedagogy as outlined in the SCF-2011 and NCF-2005.
• Helped organize fellow trainings, as a part of SIG, in collaborations with content designers in the SCERT.
• Developed virtual Self-Learning Hour packets to help fellows understand the pedagogy of Mathematics as a part of the Math committee at TFI.

• Taught Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to students in Grades 6,7 and 9 in an after school setting.
