With 18 years of proven expertise in exhibition sales, I have consistently driven revenue growth, expanded portfolios, and fostered strong client relationships. Recognized for my exceptional performance, I was honored as the Salesperson of the Year in 2011 and nominated for the same accolade in 2009, 2010, and 2013 during my tenure at Reed Exhibitions ISD India.
As a Supervisor and Salesforce Super User, I played a pivotal role in championing CRM adoption, instilling pipeline discipline, and cultivating a process-driven sales culture across the organization. My leadership and results-driven approach led to my promotion to Sales Director – ISG in 2015, where I successfully managed a portfolio of over 80 exhibitions, generating USD 7 million in revenue and achieving a remarkable 130% growth in revenue from existing clients over five years.
In 2019, I was promoted to Event Director, where I spearheaded the India Big 7 Corporate Gift Exhibition, attracting 350+ exhibitors and delivering an impressive 28% growth in its inaugural edition. Additionally, I have successfully launched three healthcare sector exhibitions during my career, showcasing my ability to identify opportunities and execute impactful events.
