- -Created critical ND4C (New Deal for Customers) dashboard using Google PLX Dashboard and PLX SQL for real-time monitoring of YouTube TV’s Phone, Chat, and Email data across 25 languages for the European region. - -Developed a challenging SL (Service Level) run rate dashboard using Google PLX Dashboard and PLX SQL to identify potential shortfalls in achieving the projected daily, weekly, and monthly SL targets based on missed targets.
