  • Business & Operations (Transition), ISKOL Project. This project was identified when Zentiva took over the Sanofi Ankleshwar manufacturing facility. Due-Diligence was a success without any business impact/Regulatory/compliance gaps. Similar project at Goa handled during the one of site divestment.
  • Business & Operations, Energy calculation for each product and product costing. This project is to identify the energy utilized and cost of each product to analyze the COGS information.
  • Business & Operations, Warehouse Capacity Expansion. This project is to increase the warehouse capacity and improve the quality of supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Technology, Warehouse SAP WM Module Introduction. In this project, we have implemented the SAP WM module for warehouse operations. With this change, it was very convenient to handle the information related to warehouse management. This change has cut down the manual errors to as low as negligible.
  • Business Development, New products assessments suitable for site. Feasibility Study
  • Business Operations (Improvement), Worldwide distribution activity take over. We have taken the site capability to the next level by successfully establishing the new physical product flow methodology for supplying products produced in India to global markets directly.
