Key Result Areas:

• Ensure compliance to FSMS 22000 requirements of the plant.
• Sound knowledge in beverage manufacturing such as warm fill, cold fill, carbonated drinks, packaged drinking water, Snacks & breakfast cereal products such as Muesli, Instant mixes
• Conducting Supplier Quality Audit during vendor/Co Manufacturing unit developmental phase
• Implementation of the quality management systems and ensures total compliance to GMP Conducting quality checks (physio‑chemical) of incoming packing materials, raw materials and finished goods
• Assesses relevant training needs for staffs, workers, in consultation with the HR Department, including spot evaluations
• Managing of customer complaints and conducting the Root Cause Analysis and CAPA
• Preparation of MIS report, GMP Audit report
• Conducting quality checks of finished goods including the sensory parameters before dispatch.
• New product launch in coordination with Co Manufacturing Unit, R&D and OPs
• Developing of documents required for export countries (US, Canada, UK, GCC and Mauritius) and commercialization of export production

Other Areas:

• Knowledge in production planning as per supply chain requirement. Dispatch planning with coordination with logistics team
• Process capability studies for line optimization

Achievements:

• Improving the quality score of co‑packing beverage unit from 33% to 75 % over a span of 4 months
• ISO 22000 certification of the co‑packing beverage unit
• FSSC 22000 system implementation and certification for subsidiary company of Tata Consumer Products
